Talk about variety! This book boasts "more than 21,000 moves designed to build muscle, increase strength, and burn fat." This book is very well-organized. Exercises are arranged according to the muscles they target, the skill level required and then in alphabetical order. Compound moves are included to 'tweak' your workout and even they are in alphabetical order. What an awesome resource this book is... if you only have a pair of dumbbells, you can still do 1, 539 moves. If you have a chair (lol), you can do 2, 169...etc. There is a chapter on making your own dumbbell specialty exercise and a chapter on designing the best plan for your body. It was most definitely worth the $12.89 it cost at Amazon.
